Healthy salads for lunch:
This is the season of a major salad ingredient: lettuce!Ingredients :
6 lettuce leaves
1 medium tomato
1 fresh onion
1 cup chopped cabbage
1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
barley rusks
Olive oil
Apple vinegar
Wash the vegetables and let them strain and dry.
Cut the barley rusks into pieces and put them in a salad bowl.
Next, start chopping! The lettuce, the fresh onion, the cauliflower and the cabbage. Cut the tomato into pieces. Mix all the ingredients, add olive oil and some apple vinegar and mix well.
Enjoy!
